- Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 14 business days prior to the program are entitled to a full refund; otherwise all payments are non-refundable. In the event that a participant is unable to attend a session, fifty-percent of the course fee may be applied to a future class within six months of the original course. Participant substitutions are acceptable without penalty provided 48 hours notice is given.
